SLIDING FEE SCALE POLICY

In order to provide services to those who need but cannot afford treatment, Lisa Rogers keeps three "sliding scale" slots in her practice. The standard fee for an individual clinical hour is $90.

Sliding scale clients are: people in need of treatment who also have a limited ability to pay for these services.

A sliding scale means that, within some boundaries, the client pays only what he or she can actually afford. A sliding scale is not available to people who could pay the standard fee if they only budgeted their treatment. A sliding scale is not available to people who could otherwise borrow the funds for treatment.

If qualified, our sliding scale ranges from $50 to $75 per session. This determination will be made upon completion and submission of the Sliding Fee Scale Application and consultation with Lisa Rogers.
